Who is responsible for your information?

Information you choose to share

The contact form asks for your name, email address, optional company name, inquiry reason, project details, and acknowledgement of this privacy policy. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, discuss potential work, and follow up on related work. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list, and we do not use inquiry details for promotional emails. Please avoid including sensitive information.

Contact form and spam prevention

When you submit the live contact form, its information is processed by our hosting service and sent to studio@firefly.co.il through our email service on LiveDNS. These services process information to host the website and deliver and store email.

The form checks a hidden spam-prevention field, submission timing, and request information. To limit repeated submissions, the handler stores a keyed hash of the submitting IP address and an attempt timestamp. Entries older than one hour are removed during the next valid submission attempt. Hosting services may also keep technical access and error logs for operation and security.

Analytics, fonts, and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits and interactions. It uses cookies and processes information about pages visited, activity, and the browser or device. Our form submission code does not send names, email addresses, or project details to Analytics. For more information, see Google's explanation of Analytics data handling.

This site loads Roboto from Google Fonts and Minion Pro from Adobe Fonts. Your browser connects to these services, which may receive technical information such as your IP address. These third-party services may process information outside Israel under their own privacy policies. See the Google Privacy Policy and Adobe Privacy Policy.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Theme and accessibility preferences are not stored in cookies or browser storage and reset on reload.

Retention and your requests

We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and follow up on related work. We periodically review stored inquiries and delete information that is no longer needed. If an inquiry becomes a project, related records may be retained for the work and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
